This one-day conference aims to bring engineers together for a day of networking, professional development, and fun. Programming is centered around issues that women, minorities, and diverse groups face in the engineering industry. This conference is every other year and is a collaborative effort between PENC, the SWE-Charlotte Metrolina Chapter, and the WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter.

Our mission is to unite female engineers and their peers for a day brimming with opportunities for professional advancement, networking, and individual enrichment. The 2024 conference will spotlight two distinct tracks, one for Professional Development (offering PDH/CEU credits) and the other for Personal Development.
