North Carolina Women in Engineering Conference: Leading Through Change
Friday, March 20, 2026 - Virtual Presentations Blue Heron Event Venue The NC Women in Engineering Conference will be held in High Point, NC on Thursday, March 19, 2026 (in-person) and Friday, March 20, 2026 (virtual). As the world of engineering continues to evolve, this year’s conference centers around the theme of Leading Through Change - empowering professionals to guide teams, shape technology, and navigate disruption with confidence and clarity. This one-day conference aims to bring engineers together for a day of networking, professional development, and fun. Programming is centered around issues that women, minorities, and diverse groups face in the engineering industry. This conference is every other year and is a collaborative effort between PENC, the SWE-Charlotte Metrolina Chapter, and the WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter. Held every even year since 2012, this conference provides professional development hours while highlighting the talents of women in engineering within North Carolina. Our mission is to unite female engineers and their peers for a day brimming with opportunities for professional advancement, networking, and individual enrichment. The 2024 conference will spotlight two distinct tracks, one for Professional Development (offering PDH/CEU credits) and the other for Personal Development.
