PENC Chapters

PENC has nine regional chapters and six student chapters at locations across North Carolina. Chapters meetings and events are held in-person and virtually. For more information on a local chapter meeting, please visit the Events page.

Regional Chapters

Asheville/Western Carolina: Cherokee, Clay, Macon, Graham, Swain, Jackson, Transylvania, Haywood, Henderson, Polk, Buncombe, Madison, Yancey, McDowell, Mitchell, and Rutherford counties

Hickory: Avery, Watauga, Caldwell, Burke, Alexander, Catawba, Iredell, and Rowan counties

Northwest: Ashe, Alleghany, Wilkes, Surry, Yadkin, Davie, Stokes, Forsyth and Davidson counties

Charlotte: Cleveland, Lincoln, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Stanly, Anson, Montgomery, and Union counties

North Piedmont: Rockingham, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph, and Alamance counties

Triangle: Person, Orange, Chatham, Durham, Wake, Granville, Vance, Warren, Franklin, and Johnston counties

South Central/Fayettville: Richmond, Moore, Lee, Harnett, Hoke, Scotland, Robeson, Bladen, Cumberland, and Sampson counties
