Submission Deadline: Complete the form online before the deadline of Friday, March 13, 2026. The planning committee will review submissions and speakers will be notified via email if their proposal has been selected.

Hotel Room Block is Open

Make your hotel reservations by clicking here! Attendees, Speakers, Sponsors, and their Guests are responsible for making their own hotel reservations for the PENC Summer Conference.

Reservations MUST be made on or before Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Discounted room rate will be available until May 20 or until the room block is sold out. This room block will sell out quickly!
