The 2026 Award Recipients will be celebrated at the 2026 PENC Summer Conference in Wrightsville Beach, NC on June 11-13! Other Award Opportunities: Frank B. Turner Award - The Frank B. Turner award is presented by AIA North Carolina, the North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Consulting Engineers Council of North Carolina, and the Professional Engineers Council of North Carolina at the annual State Construction Conference. The purpose of the award is to recognize a state employee who has made an outstanding professional contribution to the built environment, as exemplified by the professional life of Frank B. Turner.
