The Board seeks to amend 21 NCAC 56 .1602 to clarify when the method of area computation must be stated on a plat prepared by a surveyor.
The Board seeks to amend 21 NCAC 56 .1607 to correct an error and alleviate confusion concerning the required certification for GPS surveys. Proposed effective date: August 1, 2025
