THANK YOU so much to our volunteers for taking time yesterday to lobby for and represent engineering in North Carolina. First, we had GREAT meetings with legislators and even legislative assistants and policy advisors. Our letters to legislators highlighting schools in their district that competed in the Future City competition this year was a great tie into engineering in their districts and several made a point to say they would be sending letters of congratulations to the schools. They LOVE to know about things in their districts.
