SECURITY
Several years ago, security measures were implemented at the main legislative building and the legislative office building. All visitors entering each building (even if you do so multiple times throughout the day), are required to go through a security scan.
Laptops, keys, cell phones should be removed from pockets/bags and those items along with any bags will go through the security scanner and individuals will walk through a metal detector. It's not a big deal but does add a little bit more time entering the building.
