Note:
New venue, in the PGV Conference Room, it’s in the Main Terminal, where
you go to catch a flight, to the south of the ticket counter. Park as
if you were taking a flight, free parking when you leave. Hamburger Bar

Ward and Smith attorneys Dakota Lipscombe and Amy Wang at our ECC PENC meeting
on January 25 as they unpack the intricate details of the 2023 Rule revision
and the pivotal Sackett v. EPA decision. Gain valuable insights into the pre-

has practice in N.C. since 1996. Amy leads the Environmental practice at Ward
and Smith helping clients navigate the complex environmental regulations of the
coastal waters of North Carolina.
Dakota M.Lipscombe, Attorney with Ward and Smith, P.A., New Bern, NC
Graduated from UNC School of Law in 2022 and has
practice in N.C. since that time. In his practice Dakota assists real estate
owners, developers, and others with the complex issues of real estate
transactions.
