Update on “Waters of the United States” Regulations

Note: New venue, in the PGV Conference Room, it’s in the Main Terminal, where you go to catch a flight, to the south of the ticket counter. Park as if you were taking a flight, free parking when you leave. Hamburger Bar Lunch with all the fixings including fries and baked beans.  Optional Hot Dog meal is available on as needed order at the meeting.

Join Ward and Smith attorneys Dakota Lipscombe and Amy Wang at our ECC PENC meeting on January 25 as they unpack the intricate details of the 2023 Rule revision and the pivotal Sackett v. Graduated from UNC School of Law in 2022 and has practice in N.C. since that time. In his practice Dakota assists real estate owners, developers, and others with the complex issues of real estate transactions.
