Scholarships for North Carolina Engineering Students


Professional Engineers of North Carolina (PENC) administers several scholarships for students enrolled in ABET accredited engineering programs:



The PENC Scholarship for rising Junior and Senior engineering students




The PENC Freshman Scholarship, which is currently reserved for freshmen at NC State University.

The Eastern Carolina Chapter Engineering Scholarship, which is currently reserved for engineering students whose permanent address is located in the eastern part of the state. 

 


Professional Engineers of North Carolina (PENC) administers the McKim & Creed Scholarship for rising junior engineering students who are enrolled in ABET accredited engineering programs in North Carolina.

National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) offers several scholarships for engineering students.

The South Piedmont Chapter of PENC awards The Harold McKnight Memorial Scholarship to one high school senior from Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Stanly, Anson, or Montgomery County who plans to major in Engineering at an accredited engineering university in the state of North Carolina.  The deadline is April 4, 2016.
