REFUND POLICY

Membership Refunds: Membership application fees and renewals are final and not refundable.

Conference and Events: If any member requests a refund of their conference or event registration, such requests must be made in writing to catie.c@penc.org. If an individual requests a refund after their payment has been processed, that person will receive a refund of his/her registration fees minus a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given if a request is made after 1 week prior to the event.
